Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Flanders

Stylist Kathleen was great. My comment is that I have the Touchdown card that states “Get your 6th haircut at half price”. I had 5 cuts heading into today and was told the 6th spot on the card had to punched today and my next cut would be half price. So then the card should state get your 7th cut at half price. So next time I go in there better not be an issue with me giving a card that looks like I already got my half price, asking for the discount and not getting it!

The Flanders Sport Clips is just a poorly run establishment. Opens up late frequently and then not ready for business when it does open the doors. The quality of service has dropped off as well. Does not appear to have good or even decent management. Been going there for several years and finally have had enough. The last straw was Sunday June 3rd when at 10:20am the store was still not open. Several people waiting in the parking lot as well.

The staff used to be great. Not so much anymore. We went through n recently and stylist didn’t even acknowledge us, ignored us and had a look on her face that conveyed that she had no interest in being there. We left. Staff turnover is terrible and we will not be returning.
